Who is eligible?

Employees and spouses enrolled in the ATU Preferred or Value Medical Plan.

What are the Healthy Activities we can do to avoid the surcharge?

·         If you have a chronic condition, such as asthma or diabetes, Cigna may contact you to participate in Cigna’s Your Health First program. You must participate in this program to avoid the surcharge.

·         If you don’t have a chronic condition (and aren’t contacted by Cigna to participate in Your Health First), you can:  

o    Enroll in the Quit for Life program for help with quitting tobacco;   

o    Enroll in the Real Weigh program for telephone coaching to lose weight;

o    Get a biometric screening and complete an online health assessment; or

o    Get a preventive health screening.
