Karen Miller has been an employee of Greyhound Lines for over 17 years. Prior to being elected to the office of Vice President/ABA of Region 4, Karen was a Shop Steward in Memphis, TN for over five years. Karen has extensive experience in grievance handling, Third Step Grievance Conferences, Arbitrations and Contract Negotiations. During Karen's current term of office, of terminated employees, 70% were returned to work. Karen also served on the ATU General Executive Board Committee at the internationals Convention Karen Miller is a pioneer, being that she is the first female elected to office in Local 1700. Karen is also a member of several ATU International organizations.
