Charles escaped his burning house and was taken to the hospital. He passed away in the hospital. Arrangements are as follows:

Viewing:  Tuesday, May 6 and Wednesday, May 7:  Lewis and Wright Funeral Home; 2500 Clarksville Highway.

Visitation:  Wednesday, May 7; 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm.  St. Luke's Primitive Baptist Church; 135 Lewis Street.

Funeral Service:  Wednesday, May 7, 7:00 pm.

Buses will be provided for Greyhound employees and retirees.  One bus will leave the garage at 6:00 pm and another will leave the terminal at 6:00 pm.  

Charles had been an active union member and driver since 1979. He served for many years as a Union Steward. He will be very deeply missed.
